Hello!

I’m Bree (she/her), a neuroaffirming psychologist from Naarm (Melbourne). I offer therapy for young people and adults, as well as Autism assessments for adults curious about how their brain works. I work online via telehealth and in-person at the Yarra Valley Women’s Health clinic in Healesville, Victoria. I can visit schools in the Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley upon request.

I have a background in social justice and community development; and this informs how I practice. There are no blank slates here!

Things I can help with include:

  • Burnout recovery and prevention

  • Exploring your neurotype; including accommodations, identity and self compassion/understanding

  • Perinatal mental health challenges (pregnancy, birth trauma, birth to three years)

  • Anxiety, stress, depression and other mental health concerns

  • Emotion regulation

  • School can’t, anxiety, challenges with the “hidden curriculum”

The types of therapy I can provide include:

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • EMDR

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems

We will work together to find something that fits your style and needs.

When I am not at work, I love the outdoors, painting, rock music (you may notice where the musical the inspiration for “Even Flow” comes from) and spending time with my young family.

If you’re looking for neuroaffirming, person-centred therapy that feels respectful, authentic and genuinely collaborative, please get in touch!
